Crop tops & leggings
A lot of people ask me where I shop for workout clothes, and my answer ranges all the time because I’m always trying new brands and new products. However, I do have a few go-to pieces that I want to share with you because they’re worth the splurge. Lululemon is one of my favorite workout brands, it’s not about the name it’s about the quality and that can’t be argued. Some people don’t agree with their prices but after trying out so many brands nothing compares to their quality so far.
I especially mean this when referring to their leggings because they are so comfortable and perfect to workout in. They have so many styles to choose from and I’m particularly going to be talking about my favorite one; the align pant! This material is so soft and flattering but also lightweight which I love. In today’s post I’m wearing the cropped pant, but they come in 7/8 and full length leggings however my legs are super short so the 7/8 work as my full length (sad I know). But all jokes aside, these are my favorite leggings I’ve ever owned and I have owned lots and lots of pairs of leggings. For reference, I normally wear a 4 in the pants, 2 in the tops and a 4 or 6 in their sports bras!
For my tops, I’m pretty neutral. I love Lulu for these as well but also love Alo, Nike and Adidas. For the sake of these pictures, I picked my favorite top at the moment which happens to be Lululemon because I’m loving the knot front trend. This top is also super nice and lightweight which is a theme at Lulu that I really do like for working out, especially for things like Yoga and Pilates which I do frequently.
Lastly, my opinions on sneakers is pretty basic. Adidas. I used to be a big Nike sneaker gal, but Adidas has really stepped up these last few years and I love their styles but also their comfort level! Right here I’m wearing the X_PLR sneakers in plain old Black. These are my favorite Black sneakers I own, but my overall favorite pair is my Adidas Flashback sneaker in Tan, I wear these all the time even for not working out. I am dying to get my hands on a pair of APL’s and thinking those might beat Adidas but we’ll see! These Adidas X_PLR’s are pretty affordable as well, so that’s always a plus.
I am going to be linking all of these items down below but as always also on my shop page! I hope you enjoyed today’s version of Fitness Friday and let me know what your opinions on Lululemon are. Is it worth the hype? Drop some comments below, and I’ll be posting again tomorrow since Wednesday’s post had to be pushed off a little! See you tomorrow, and have a great Friday!
With Love, Taylor
